Before you start
Are spare parts included?
The contract covers maintenance, monitoring and repair labour. Spare parts and new devices are quoted separately at special prices for contract clients.
What if you didn’t install our systems?
No problem. We do an initial inspection visit, assess everything and tell you what’s needed before the contract starts.
How long is the contract?
One year, renewable. A different term can be agreed to suit your needs.
What do I get after each visit?
A written report on each system’s condition, what was fixed and our recommendations.
